Payments:

I accept payments made via PayPal and am PayPal verified.

PayPal is free and will accept your credit or debit card – even if you do not have a PayPal account.

When using PayPal, please make sure that your shipping address MATCHES your PayPal address.

Shipping & Handling Costs:

  • Single Items – there is a flat fee of $8.00 for shipping & handling for individual items.
  • Multiple Items – when purchasing multiple items, shipping & handling costs are based on $8.00 + 3% of your merchandise total.

General Shipping Information:

  1. I ONLY ship to locations with the United States.
  2. I ONLY ship via Priority Mail through the U. S. Postal Service.
  3. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days AFTER your payment has cleared and the funds are deposited into my bank account.
  4. Generally, it takes 4-7 business days for your items to reach you.
  5. You will be notified via email when your item ships and you will be provided with a tracking number.
  6. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds:

I love to create handcrafted items and purchase quality materials.  I want you to love the item that you have purchased.

I will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Contact me before returning an item so that we can discuss the details of the transaction.
  2. I will ONLY accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s) – PROVIDED they are returned unworn/unused and safely.
  3. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred by returning the item.
  4. Returns must be sent Priority Mail through the U. S. Postal Service and I must be provided with a tracking number.
  5. Items must be returned and received BEFORE any refunds are given.
  6. A refund for the actual cost of the item (before shipping & handling charges) MINUS a 10% restocking fee will be credited to your PayPal account/credit card within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.
